I requested plumber service on the Angie's List website and Rick the owner called before I was off the computer. I had read Angie's reviews of different plumbers and I knew the price Rick was quoting me was fair. Rick uses a fixed price system so I knew up front what the charges would be. I needed a kitchen faucet fixed because it was blocked and no hot water was coming out even after I had changed out every part on it. Rick showed up with all the right tools and parts and got the job done in no time. He was thoughtful enough to use protective booties on his shoes and clean up everything thoroughly. He was knowledgeable and professional in every way. He even spent time looking at and answering questions about my radiant heat and hot water heater when this was not related to the job at all. I will certainly call him for any future needs and highly recommend him for any plumbing or radiant heat job.
