Commissioned Kent Boarder, architect, to assist with designing and prepare plans for the building permit office to approve. This was an iterative process during which Mr. Boarder provided valuable assistance with functionality and practicality. We were satisfied with his product and attention. If you are interested you must see some of his work. If you are a “do-it-yourself” person he becomes harmonious with the process but it is important to allow him to influence you with his experience. He will to do free style drawing for the elevation which exemplifies his artistic talent. I suggest approaching him with a word picture of your interests and requirements and allow him to create. Great sense of humor.
