Most of the upholsterers we spoke with wanted an arm and a leg for the fabric, alone. Not only did Cover Up charge a reasonable price, they had an incredible selection of fabric remnants at just $15/yard for us to choose from for our small job. They gave us thoughtful advice on our fabric choice, and did a beautiful job reproducing the 1950s style of the furniture, right down to the welting. And when I mentioned that it would be great to have some of the fabric to use in accents elsewhere in the space, they sold me the remainder of the remnant. We ended up getting new-looking pieces for much less than it would have cost to buy the same furniture.
