High Plains Electric was one of 6 electricians that I took bids on for my addition and barn rewiring. I have not had one single problem with anything he has done and in fact, I am so impressed by his workmanship and flexibility that I had to write this review!!! An excellent electrician who is also a genuinely trustworthy person who cares about his work and more importantly about his customers. I have had so many electrical problems in the past... my barn was a fire hazard, my house was struck by lightning after Mac Electric dropped the ground in my Round D box. I have a 110 year old house! But Pat was able to wire my greenhouse and added a new circuit, put in all the safety outlets and cleaned up my inherited mess in the garage and barn. I truly sleep better now knowing that there are no fire hazards and that my greenhouse is ready for the Spring planting season. I first found Mr. Noel on Angie's List because as a single female, I have come to trust the reviews here! I've hired a few people outside of the list (since it's just gaining momentum in our area) and I was sorry. I've put some very honest reviews for both good and bad on Angie's List. Pat Noel and High Plains Electric gets the highest A+ rating from me!!
Description of Work: Patrick Noel is a really good person and knows his stuff. He rewired my barn to code so I wouldn't kill my livestock with heating elements and installed a motion light into my pasture which makes life so much easier on the short winter days. I hired him to wire an addition on my house too and he worked with me to come up with the best solution possible for this exterior greenhouse application. A contractor cut some of his wires when putting on siding but Mr. Noel was so chill about it. He didn't charge me extra and he's going to come back to finish the job and call for my final electrical this month.

I was referred to him by a friend. The owner is Patrick Noel. He did a great job. He gave me a bid and he pretty much came in right on the amount. I thought the price was reasonable for all the work he did. He called and showed up on time. He is very courteous. He was very clean in his workmanship. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. I think it is a good price for all the work he does. His price was 25% less than other companies I researched.
Description of Work: He installed a ceiling fan, outdoor lights, installed recessed canned lighting and new light switches. He also repaired some existing electrical work in the house.
