I was very pleased with the service the company provided. Ben drove to Cheyenne from Fort Collins to do a free home inspection. He arrived on time and gave me a short lesson on air quality issues in homes and did a detailed inspection of my whole house. After the inspection we decided to do some testing. Ben reviewed the test results with me. Found some minor issues and he made some recommendations on how to resolve them. Ben was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. If you want to check the indoor air quality of your home, I highly recommend this company.

Professional and respectful.

I was interested in getting a mold inspection because my house is on the older side and does not have any mechanical ventilation. I am also planning on building an addition so I would like to clean up any existing problems before new construction starts and covers up those old problems. Ben and his partner showed up and worked diligently and crawled into all the places i never want to go. they took lots of pictures to show me when they where explaining what they found. Ben promptly followed up with an estimate and was available to answer anymore questions I had. Great work!
