Work crew who installed our fan and vents was great! Very nice guys!! Explained every step and cleaned up all debris.

Dana the owner is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The system needed an adjustment after being installed. Dana came out confirmed my concern and sent his team out to adjust it. It became very obvious to me that Dana is committed to customer service and doing the right thing with no hesitation. I got three quotes before going with Vent Masters. The first only quotes over the phone without making a home inspection. He insisted I needed a much larger fan than Quiet Cool recommends making his price very noncompetitive. The other Vendor came to my house with a factory rep who was visiting. He was right on the sizing but was hundreds more! I am very pleased with Vent Masters and recommend 100% !

My home has had a big problem with the upstairs bedrooms getting way too warm in summer. I even put in a window ac, but this was still unsatisfactory cooling, and noisy. Plus trying to fit a window ac in a horizontal sliding window. Thankfully Dana and Vent Masters were recommended to me by a roofer. Dana explained all about attic venting, and the benefits of a whole house attic fan. The thing works great! The installation crew did a very professional job installing the attic fan and soffit vents outside, cleaned up everything, and only took about half a day. I am very satisfied with Vent Masters.

Exceptional - great upgrade at a very competitive price.

Everything went perfect! I got quotes from three QuietCool fan retailers, and this was the best quote...and not only price. Vent Masters provided product information, were on time, and and had everything completed in a few hours. Their competitors oversold me on product and others were not very helpful in supplying information and never even inspected my attic. I assume there are not too many whole house fan installers around town, so you should just go with Vent Masters as they will do it right and with a fair price.

Perfectly! Installers' work was neat, seamless, clean and time efficient. New fan as an automatic timer, which serves me well as I use the fan only in the evenings when temperatures drop and set the auto timer to dawn when temps climb again. Installers also installed a new 220v outlet and a vent for new dryer in laundry room, so cost estimate is only approximate. Wholeheartedly and without reservation, I recommend Vent Masters in the Denver area.

Job was done, I expected better vent pipe for the price not the flimsey flexible tubing put on!

Estimator was very thorough and made some useful recommendations. Office Manager was very friendly and did a great job showing various types of fans in showroom. Installation crew was punctual, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Great experience overall, would recommend.

Great experience. They removed our old whole house fan, and installed a new one.It's much more powerful while also considerably quieter. Work was completed as promised, the price was fair, work areas were cleaned up when they were finished. They contracted the electrical work to an electrician and had a professional painter patch the drywall where the old fan was, so no corners were cut. I have no complaints and I would hire them again.

I would use them again and that is why I was looking into them again. They did a great job. There were so many things that were done. There is not a whole lot of competitive technologies that they offer to go on price. If I look at another provider's prices, they are high but you get a lot better system than what the other provider would sell. I think it is a pretty fair price. They were good on the responsive. They were there on time and did everything. It was great.

It went great. The work was done well, clean and fast. I would hire them again or recommend them. The staff was very friendly and always good at communication.

The team turned up on time, they explained to me what they where going to do, how they where going to install the fan, then the vents for the fan to work well.During the install the keep me informed with the issue they where having with the size of the my light fixture for where I wanted to install the vent inside the house. They even had a smaller fixture that they gave me to use until I purchased a smaller one that would fit the new space requirements. over all it was a great experience

Scheduled meeting with Sam to give me estimate, he arrived on time and provided same day estimate which was $150 lower that other estimates I received. On the day of install they arrived on time with all the materials needed to complete the job. After they completed they cleaned up and showed me the work. I am very happy with both the quality and price.

Overall they did a very good job, they were professional and put down tarps and cleaned up after themselves.  The job was done in an hour so they were efficient.  The only complaint I had was that they showed up 2 hours late for the job.  I didn't receive a phone call to let  me know they were running late so after a half hour late I called in and was told they are running late.  I can understand running late on a job but 2 hours was very late.

What a fantastic company to deal with.  They were prompt, efficient, and very flexible with scheduling.  Got the job done well, neatly, and efficiently.

They came and checked out attic fan because it has not been working well  -- very slow and definitely lower on speed and energy than usual.  This company was AMAZING!  I called another company and they wouldn't look at it because it was belt driven -- went right to trying to sell me a brand new $3000 fan.  Vent Masters sent someone over at NO CHARGE to take a look and put together an estimate with various recommendations.  There were a few recommendations that ranged between $300 and $500 that could be done at a later date -- the quick recommendation?  Replace the belt -- the technician took it off for us and we were able to take it and replace it for just over $5.00.  The fan is working 150% better --- completely amazing.
We will definitely use this company in the spring, prior to the next fan season to do the recommended vent updates that will make the fan run even better.
Definitely feel a little guilty that we didn't pay him today for anything, but will certainly be using him for the work in about six months. Use these guys for sure!

The quote was done quickly and on a nice clear printout with notes about which one was most recommended (my Mom met them at our house so I didn't have to miss work). Appointment was made, installer was even early on appointment day and was very courteous.  My Dad came for the rest of the install, all went fine.  
When I returned home I still heard an attic fan running to blow hot air out of the house (you know, one of those old rickety things that was put in when the house was built in 1982). Per the bid sheet, they were going to disconnect it and run the exhaust from the whole house fan out of that vent. I called and Beth was very helpful and courteous every time we spoke. After several calls I placed over a few weeks (I wanted to get the payment and service completely taken care of) Dana confirmed that he would come out to the house and check out the fan situation. To be clear, the new fan had been working beautifully since install, no problems there at all. It brought MUCH relief and boy do we sleep better at night when it's hot during the day! Dana didn't call or show on day we had discussed for the follow up.
I was speaking with my husband about the old attic fan and asked if there were multiple parts of the attic. He said yes, one entered into from the upstairs hallway, the other from the garage. They are separated by a wall. OH NO! I was hearing the attic fan above the garage running, but no longer hearing one from the hallway. I realized they had disconnected the one they had said they would.
Though it turned out that we didn't need follow-up after install, I was still disappointed in the slow response to get everything sorted if I really had ended up with an issue. This is why I gave a "B" for responsiveness.
Overall, this company was great, Beth also informed me about the possibility that the unit we bought might be a tax write-off in the next year or two because it is so energy efficient.  The unit seriously sounds like your fridge running and pulls the air in beautifully. It is also quite small, yet mighty.

I had to replace an ancient windows air conditioner that was original with the house.  I researched house and window air conditioners, and evaporative coolers finding prices significantly higher than anticipated.  The same search revealed differences between attic fans and whole house fans which was a new concept for me.
The whole house fan had the advantage of cooling the house at night which had always been a problem addressed by noisy window fans.  A whole house fan could cool the entire house efficiently and quietly. 
I received estimates from Vent Masters and Colorado Home Cooling.  Vent Masters provided estimates by appointment while Colorado Home Cooling did phone estimates.  I found Vent Masters approach to be more informative since they came on site and were able to determine pricing variables.  They had the Airscape and Quiet Cool product lines. 
The estimate was a good value, significantly less than a evaporative cooler.  They were able to schedule my installation early.  The installers arrived as scheduled.  The install took about three hours to install the Quiet Cool fan, the ceiling vent, roof vents and electrical work.  Tarps and mats were laid to minimize cleanup.  They were professional, answered questions and handled problems as they arose.
The whole house fan was the right choice.  This combined with a portable air conditioner keeps the house cool both day and night so far this summer.  I would do business with Vent Masters again and highly recommend them.

They were prompt.  They came when they say they would.  The installation was quick.  They did a great work.  The owner knows roofing and he was very friendly.  I visited their shop to see the selection of materials and services.  I was able to negotiate a very successful price.

I am very pleased with my experience with Vent Masters.  Starting with my initial phone call to get information.  I had talked to several companies and Vent Masters was the only one who gave me the information I requested and did not give me a high pressure sales pitch as the others did.  I set up a time for an estimate and they were very punctual for the appointment and again gave me good information to make my decision on what kind of fan to install.  They were on time for the installation appointment and it took less time than they estimated and the process went very smooth.  They were very neat and cleaned up during the process.  Overall they are a great company to do business with.
