About us

Our business is family owned. Currently we have 5 employees. Jacob handles the business, Marco takes care of the service, Juan provides the equipment and Aaron and I are the installers.we can sub-contract and we are able to able credit card payments Currently we are offering a free humidifier installation with any furnace or A/C installation. Jacob has his master mechanical so he can tackle most situations that come his way . Also we are NATE certified and We are certified under the EPA

I bought two Groupons for Tin Man, one each for annual inspection/check-up for a water heater and/or a furnace. When I went to book the furnace check-up, both Groupons showed as already redeemed. I was able to book the furnace service, and I was quoted for an expensive furnace repair. Then I tried unsuccessfully to book the water heater job. I was told that the water heater service is only an inspection, not a drain-out as I had assumed. Still, the technician never even laid eyes on my water heater. At best, poor communication, at worst, very scammy.

I was very impressed and pleased with the work that was done. The price was very affordable and the job was completed on time. I did not have to hover or supervise. Their tech Marco took the time to explain what my options were. He did not suggest things that I did not need.

It went great !! Great. Craftmenship ! Seth and Marco were very polite and amazing with the services they provided ! They walked trough all the steps with me and everything they did! I felt very comfortable with them handiling my furnace
