I have a maintenance agreement with them. I've been going there for five years. Sometimes it takes a little while to get an appointment, which is their busyness and my busyness, but we can always get something worked out. They're ready for me when I get there, they have a nice lounge for me to wait with refreshments and stuff available. The staff is always courteous and professional. I had a problem with them at one point which they resolved completely and satisfactorily. I've been very, very satisfied with them altogether. The quality of their work is always good.

Everything went fine.

Their price is probably standard. They always mange to fit me in when I want to and they are very flexible. The workers are great, I have no complaints.

They could do the service that they were asked to do.

They do the oil change after every 10000 mile and tire rotation after every 5000 mile. They are a excellent company.

But since I already owed $600 for the replaced wheel bearing I said I didn't want to do any more to the car. In the mean time I took my car to The Tire Store on Federal Blvd to price new tires (they are honest and I will definitely go back).  I happened to mention the noises my car makes while in motion and asked if he had any ideas.  He looked at my tires and pointed out that I had a bad tire, it was warped and that is what was making the noise.  After her pointed it out, it was obvious that the tire was bad.  After replacing all four tires, the noises have disappeared.  How could a mechanic NOT see the wrapped tire when they were rotating the tires and think the noise was caused by a bad wheel bearing?? And charge me $600 for it!? Not sure if my being female had anything to do with this unfortunate experience.  BTW  - 5th Gear Auto Repair in Westminster does work on Prius'.

We've been using this shop for all of our Toyota maintenance and repairs for about 15 years. So far, we haven't had any problems with them.
The hardest part is scheduling, as they are so busy. But we can get early morning appointments (7am) so as not to be too late for work. They provide a comfortable work area with coffee, etc.
They actually listen to what we say and print it on the work order and receipt. Different!

Very well. Oil change, tire rotation, and everything else involved for the car's 60,000 mile check up.

Took care of us immediately as we wait for the car since we drive down from the mountains.  Informed us of cost and checked lights.  Again informed us of cost of lights before replacing them.   Called next day, which they always do, to check on their service.

You can always get in there.  They do a pretty good service, because they know Toyota's.  You do not have to worry about somebody who isn't trained. 

Out of nowhere my most reliable car ever, and I have been driving since 1960, a Toyota Corolla with 180,000 miles started to be slow to respond and was miss firing. With no appointment I brought my car in on what appeared to be their busiest day of the year, and they said they would fit me in somehow. They did and I am now a life time customer.

They are the dealership and they service my car.  They are really good about scheduling and if I tell them a day that I would like to have the scheduling, it is pretty easy.  They are usually very prompt when I go to take my car in.  People at the counter are pretty knowledgeable and they usually me a very thorough estimate of what the cost is going to be right up front.  They are also always usually right on time and if they need the car longer, they have always called and let me know that it is going to take longer.  The price seems reasonable to me and I have never compared it to anywhere else.

The service manager is a very good individual to work with. We have been very pleased.

They are extremely friendly and they know me by name. I just get really good service, if they have a coupon they offer me a coupon to reduce my rate. Their service advisers are excellent. I have advised others to go there.

When I came to pick up the vehicle, I was given a report and invoice for $512, which I paid. The report stated that they had ground the front rotors four times, until the rotors were below minimum thickness. The report further states that they then drove the vehicle and found that the pulsations were still there.

I subsequently took the vehicle to a brake specialty shop as well as Green Mountain Auto (great people!). Both thought that Stevinson had performed unprofessionally, in that they should have measured the warpage of the rotors, decided  whether they could be machined, and  let me decide what to do. In  any case, their opinion was that machining the rotors to below minimum thickness was inexcusable. As it was, they took my vehicle which was functioning, charged  me $152, and left me with a vehicle which they "strongly recommend customer not drive the vehicle..."  I spoke with the assistant manager at Stevinson Toyota service, and he offered that "we have a training problem".

We scheduled an appointment for me to come in, which would involve the shop foreman. However, when I showed up, I found only a very hostile, combatative assistant manager, who asserted that  they "did what they could", and that I should pay for  having new rotors installed. What took me aback was his hostile attitude, complete  with curt, barked speech and glaring stare; as though scolding a child that had done something wrong. In the end, he agreed to replace  the rotors at their cost, concluding with the statment "and that's all we're going to do!"
