First of all, the price was right. Rivera gave me a bid of $11,750 to complete a pretty extensive re-roofing project. The nearest competitor came in at $17,000, with the option of another $2,000 to upgrade the shingles. It went VERY well! Materials were delivered on schedule and the crew arrived on the day agreed upon. The old roof was removed and new decking applied in one day. Shingles were installed the following day and they covered every detail, including painting soffit, trim, and vents to match the house. They installed new exhaust vents and also painted those to match the roof. The clean up was perfect. No sign that they had been here. It looks great and we couldn't be happier. I learned about Rivera Roofing when they worked as a subcontractor on my detached garage following some damage that had been done. They did a great job then, so I decided to call them back to replace the roof on the house. Really glad I did. Jose was professional and took great care to ensure that the project went well and that I was happy with the result. I recommend Rivera Roofing all the way.
