REC Electrical Service

Good, provided the most informative information and assisted in learning what needed to happen for the Electrical side of the AC.

After procrastinating on installing a whole home surge protector, I called to have it installed AFTER we lost power from Xcel which tripped a few breakers and our garage door.  I had to pay the garage door company to come out for 5 minutes to reset the door with a minimum charge fee, all which would have been avoided if I had called earlier to have the surge protector installed.  I am very happy with the service.  They were out to my house the day after I called and had AMAZING customer service,  I will use them again for any of my electrical needs in the future.

REC (Brad) responded very quickly after I placed my inquiry.  He had Nathan out the next morning.  Very timely and the price was right.  I am a 73 year old female DIYer and thought I had messed up my wiring of a ceiling fan without a light.

Nathan listened intently while I explained what I had done.  Thus far, I was on target but I had not hooked up the red wire coming out of the wall switch and coming out of the ceiling box.  Nathan explained detail what I had done and had not done.  Red wire was connected and I had power to the switch and the fan for all pulls on the chain.

Thank you REC Electrical for your prompt, courteous and reasonable service.  I will definitely refer you to my friends and keep you in mind if I tackle another electrical project, well maybe not, I will just call REC Electrical and get it done right and timely.

They were prompt, very pleasant to all the people in their residents (they told them that if it was a bad time they would come back latter), making time to let them know what was going on an letting them know that this was a good thing that their Company was doing for them and they finished the job ahead of schedule which made my job a lot easier with the Owners.
