Prime Time Restoration

We hired Joe to do a number concrete/flooring work for us. A new epoxy garage floor, reseal 600 sq ft of concrete, stain match colored concrete and resurface our porch. All were excellent. Joe is very meticulous and proud of his work - and a very honest, friendly guy. He gets our highest recommendation.

Our house is pretty old and some of the floors were in dire need of leveling, The work Joe did was professional and the pricing was great. I would definitely hire him again to fix our garage floor.

They were responsive and quick and an absolute pleasure to work with.

Our driveway was looking pretty bad. Some spots needed to be completely replaced. Some spots were just pitted. They removed and replaced the bad spots and did an overlay on the other areas. The entire driveway looks brand new. We had a minor issue with cleanup, but they came back right away to cleanup the mess. They were easy to work with, and I would hire them again.

they provide a 3 year warranty. neighbors asked if we had a brand new driveway. it looks great and they handled everything electronically, we didnt have to take time out of our busy schedules and we were able to make electronic payments. thank you.

They installed a MASSIVE driveway for us. Based on the work they did, I would recommend them. The driveway is holding up fine, and it has lasted about 5 years so far.

They did quality work for a fair price

Communication was very good. Work was delivered as promised. Looks like a brand new patio.

His hired help needs some more training. The owner handled the problem and everything was corrected. I did notice they got some paint on the curb outside my unit. They should be more careful as this is a permanent stain. They were right on time and called to let you know they were on there way. I love that kind of customer service.

Good experience, weather delays made work more difficult to accomplish but still was completed in a reasonable amount of time.

Joe was great keep us informed thru the process. His crew was very respectful and did a great job.

Joe was able to fit my project in between some bigger projects. He personally came out and looked at the project and got his crew started on it. When the project didn't look like it would get done in the initial timeframe he told me, he pitched in a hand to make sure it was done on time and done correctly. I would hire Joe again in the future.

Joe Dean is an energetic, reliable and dependable young contractor. He and his crew always showed up on time; and they did a great job. Since I tend to be a perfectionist, I did find a couple of rough spots, but their impact is more on esthetics than structural qualities. Joe worked with us on fixing issues with our garage door thresholds and with getting the just-right color to match our brick walkway. Our neighbors have been highly complimentary of the finished product; and we recommended Joe to them for their driveway project. The job was finished over a month ago; and the driveway and sidewalk still look great. Joe's a keeper.

Joe was prompt in getting back to me and very courteous. The price was fair (included a Home Advisor coupon) and the repairs to the concrete stairs and front porch were completed fairly quickly. There was a weather-related issue with the staining after the job was completed. It took a little bit of time for Joe to come back out, but he fixed the issue and said to let him know if there were any other issues because he guarantees his work. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him highly.

They did a good job

Joe and his crew had to work around the horrible weather we had this spring. He made sure the work was done and did not leave the job until we were totally satisfied. He had some challenges with the overlay and had to redo it. Once redone it was excellent. I would recommend that in future jobs he pay more attention to the vegetation in the vicinity of the job; I realize that it is hard to protect it but I feel that he could have done a better job of preventing concrete from going on the vegetation and surrounding areas. Excellent job overall and excellent customer service - I definitely would recommend him to anybody for this type of job.
