John drilled into a water line while trying to patch up some drywall. He panicked and did not handle the situation like a professional. Instead of immediately plugging up the hole with his finger or anything else while he waited for me to answer my phone to tell him where the main water shut off was, he just let the water spill out all behind my wall. It was then like pulling teeth to get him to repair the damage he had caused. He eventually repaired about 75% of it, but would not paint over where he had caused water damage. Now I have to repaint the entire room.
