Nate came on the same day I talked to him and looked at what I wanted done, explained how he charges and set a day to begin the actual work. He had to space out his work by a few days. When he started, some of the parts I had bought did not work for my space so we had to wait while I returned and reordered these items. My house is 80 years old and problems often arise because sizes aren't "standard." Couldn't find a new medicine cabinet to fit existing recessed space and was impossible to expand it, so Nate suggested painting and updating the existing cabinet which ended up looking quite nice. The work went smoothly with no negative issues. Nate is pleasant, very professional and good at creatively solving problems. I will definitely use him again.
