The tree and stump removal appeared to go relatively well, but they took the main trunk down mostly all at once. When it hit the ground, everyone for several houses around thought something hit their house - it REALLY shook the ground. A large part of the trunk landed in the neighbor's yard. It took a few weeks for us to realize that the trunk hit the ground so hard it broke the neighbor's sprinkler line. I called and was told that the agreement I signed said "Not responsible for sprinkler system / underground utilities" but that someone would call me back. No one called me back. I understand that I would need to know the location of my underground utilities and that I would need to protect any sprinkler heads from damage - but this damage was done as a result of their negligence because they let the tree fall in my neighbor's yard and they cut down too much of the trunk all at once.

They did a great job. They were quick, inexpensive, professional, and very careful in removing the limb which was right against the side of my house. The limb was removed carefully, disposed of, and the area was cleaned up. I will work with this company again.
