Easy to book. John arrived on time, diagnosed to problem, got right to work and fixed the sink clog really efficiently. Very friendly service and great suggestions for maintenance.

Called for an under counter water leak in my kitchen and plumbers were sent out the same day at my request. They were polite, clean, worked efficiently and cleaned up just fine. the determined I need to replace the entire faucet. Their work took a little over and hour and I was charged their flat hourly rate of $165 for one hour. They supplied a very basic Delta faucet, supply lines and new shut off valves. Total cost of the job was $390., so material markup seemed a little high. For value, I was glad to have the problem fixed quickly and correctly, so everything seemed fair.

It was a good experience. The person was respectful, listened to my concerns and what I had to say. The install was completed without any issues.

I've had My Denver Plumber out on three separate occasions and they have been great. Finnaly feel like I have found a plumber that I trust. I've had a water heater replaced, pipe sections replaced and a NG line to the outside installed. In each case, the work was performed professionally, within the estimated price, and on time.

Proceeded to charge me for the highest and water heater possible and did not itemize anything on the invoice even after I asked several times because the charges were exorbitant. Still, the itemization was rather vague. I had to talk them down several dollars and they still vastly overcharged me. They brought in the wrong unit for the water heater the first time so I had to wait a few extra days to get the right one installed. Immediately thereafter he had to install a pressure relief valve because I experienced serious pressure issues after that. Proceeded to put a large hole in my basement wall when he installed it and just let it be… Claimed he warned being there would be a hole in my wall. There is no way I can patch it since there is a bunch of piping sticking out. Looks like crap. We'll never use these guys again.

They came out, gave free estimate, then did the installation a week later in a very professional manner. Good prices and good service. I will definitely use them again.

Very well. The plumber was able to identify the problem within minutes and provided a much better solution, than the original installer. I was very satisfied with the workmanship and their professionalism.

We selected them and they arrived on time to do the work and completed it in the time they estimated and for the price they estimated. The work included checking the newly supported sewer line for any leaks.

Great. I found the problem on a Sunday and called early Monday morning. They had a cancellation, and a plumber (Sly) was here by 11 am. He found the problem and fixed it in about half an hour. When he was finished, he even brought in a shop vac from his trunk to clean up. (I've never seen this before). Really good guy who knew what he was doing.

We needed a return visit for a problem that showed up after the initial repair was made, and the plumber returned and made the second repair promptly. Both the estimator and the plumber who did the work were cheerful and clear about what needed to be done and what it would cost. I would contact them again.

After buying the correct drill bits and bringing back the right equipment, the repairman was able to perform the necessary work.

It went well. It took two visits because the person who schedules the appointment did not fully understand the work I needed done. The plumber reviewed my job and made notes of additional parts that were needed and came back and completed the job on the low end of the estimated time range.

Alex Quintana was great. They came on time and determined that it was an electrical problem. They were very honest and dependable.

I believe this business is now listed under mydenverplumbing.com. I had a old house. It was obvious there was a leak in vertical sewer drain, coming from upstairs bathroom. I showed the plumber (Scott) the crawl space where water was leaking into basement. After analyzing situation, and making measurement, Scott, opened up a section of wall, and removed faulty section and replaced. Efficient and knowledgeable.

My review of Zane is mixed and complex. I found Zane on Angies's list and the reviews were mixed but one review prompted me to call Zane. Zane sent a Plummer to the house within days as I called on a weekend and there was no emergency. The Plummer announced our problem was not pluming but a shower installation that was wrong after checking the bathroom and a washroom where I had seen water on the floor. He charged us nothing and left. We called an shower installer and began the process or replacement and tiling . After the plastic shower installation was pulled and replacement was now demanded we discovered the shower was not the problem and I discovered the leak source in the washroom, a clear break in a line the Plummer had seen had as no problem. We called Zane and he sent his Plummer, again, to fix the leak which he did and put in a new wash sink. Since the bathroom repair had demanded removal of a working toilet, Zane had this Plummer replace the toilet for us, but the Plummer tore our guts out and replaced with a different type. The Plummer took the pieces with him and disposed. One good toilet that needed a new sealing and righting of base to back now gone. The toilet was in place, the Plummer left, but it did not flush. Zane sent a Master Plummer who quickly saw the problem of wrong mechanisms put into the toilet replace what had worked. The recently placed new guts did not work with the type of toilet we had. Turns out the original working mechanism was thrown a way and our toilet is not longer made. Zane suggested a new toilet which of course makes sense, what else was there to do? I paid for the new toilet and Zane sent the same Plummer who caused the problem to put the new one in which he did except the new toilet is not steady or secure as one can shake it about with no effort with one's hand and when wiping. I have called Zane to inform him of this latter problem but I. Two days I have not heard from him. I doubt the sound of my voice on his phone messages was pleasing but I am surprised as I must say, in all phone conversations Zane was forthright, and not hostile even when I was hot under the collar and never once did he try to place blame on anyone but his one Plummer. Now here the complication of this review. I do not think Zane was trying anything unethical at all. Both plumbers sent were courteous and decent folks. Zane has lost money on me and charged me only for the one part which is the new toilet and he even assumed the cost for the new wash sink, but I remain with a new unsecured toilet. While the Master Plummer only came to the house once, the other who caused the series of events came three times and left with what I consider an unprofessional and completely incompetent job. The result of the one plumbers incompetency while costing me only $253 with Zane, is costing me close to $3,000. for a new shower that was never needed. For the life of me, I cannot understand why this same Plummer was sent to do the final (and still not done) fix. I think I applaud Zane standing with his employees and the man sent probably has done many good thing and I applaud Zane's standing up to not charge me for his errors. I can not fully endorse this company and will not use them in the future. I wish this was otherwise but my trust as been broken.

Great prices, flexible, on time arrivals, a great regular service to use. I just moved out of the area, but could rely on them for everything plumbing related in my 1920's bungalow in Berkeley highlands.
