Merry Maids of Lakewood

When they came to my apartment to start cleaning, I pointed out the things I would like completed. Passing by the dishwasher, I noted that the dishes were clean and was met with a stern and quot;We don't do dishes.and quot; Ok, apparently emptying a dishwasher is too much for them. The work was shoddy at best. Some weeks, it was GREAT, some weeks, it was not worth the money. My advice, find a different company who values business.

They always do a very nice job. I like these ladies that Merry Maids send to take care of my house.

They are very good. They are in and out very quickly and they do a very good cleaning job. We've used their services for three or four years now.

They were horrible. I think there were two or three people that came. They borrowed my vacuum and threw away the filter that has to be there for the vacuum to work; it was $35 to replace. They did a sloppy job and I just wanted them gone. I just wanted someone to come clean my house but it was a failure and I will never use this company again.

Very pleasant during initial visit. First cleaning was outstanding. Two subsequent cleanings were incomplete/appeared rushed. Had to call to have items re-cleaned. Positively, manager was very responsive - sent people out to re-clean the next day. Done well the second time; however, do not choose to spend money for a cleaning service when have the headache of having to complain to get things done properly - should be done completely the first time.

They were very good, they had a lady come out who was the director of the organization and took down the information, gave me an estimate, she was very nice, professional, it worked out great. The two cleaners came when they were supposed to and they were very punctual. Then the supervisor came by towards the end to double check everything and they did a very good job.

I AM SO HAPPY. THE SERVICE IS GREAT AND THE LADIES ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AS WELL. WELL WORTH THE MONEY THAT I PAID.
