I used Logan’s Builds for a major deck repair. This started out as a simpler repair job (adding two footings and support posts, replacing some of the decking, and restoring railing then refinishing the deck), but before the scheduled repair date, part of the deck collapsed due to snow. Logan and his crew were able to lift the collapsed part, level the deck, and replace some of the beams plus make the planned repairs for an amount only slightly higher than the original estimate. All this was done in January in Colorado. They had to wait for the temperature to rise for the refinishing – for this they sanded all the surfaces then hand applied the finish. The end result: an outstanding job, with the deck in much, much better shape than before they started! Plus the crew was super reliable and professional – they showed up on the planned dates on-time or earlier, and were friendly while doing the work and answering my questions. All this, plus they were terrific on the admin side. Easy to deal with, easy to contact, and stayed in touch throughout the job. Plus payment through Quickbooks – quick and easy. I would recommend Logan’s Builds to anyone – and I plan to use them again for another project later this year.
