They quoted a job for indoor remodeling. My dad is 81 6ft tall.  My son is severely autistic and unbalanced. We had a spiral staircase in our guest house. They were suppose to remove the rickety spiral staircase which was not safe for my dad or son.  They were to build a new staircase.  Instead of doing it correctly, they left the clearance 5'4"???? Code is 6'8" and they left it 5'4"??? They used redwood for an interior staircase.  It splinters, has huge gouges and looks like decking???? There are nail holes left all over, unlevel stairs, outlets covered, venting not re-routed simply COVERED??? This is like a 4 year old child completed it.  When we brought it to his attention, he first refused, then after 2 weeks, he came to "fix" it but instead now will not answer calls.  We are employing an attorney and will bring charges as my parents and son can't even use the room safely!  Lawver Construction should NOT be referred to others for interior work. I should have realized all his work was outside decks etc.  This is by far the worst thing we've ever seen!! He has been paid in full and now will not correct his mistakes, the man is a criminal!

He did a pretty good job on my deck. He did a good job. He was reliable. He was very punctual. He showed up when he said he was going to be there. And my new deck is beautiful and the price was reasonable. The quality of work was excellent. He was very professional but the clean-up could have been better.
