Great work. The cabinets were good quality and delivered when promised. When there were a couple of missing pieces and we then chose to add some additions they were responsive, timely and responsible for anything needed. Beth is a great kitchen designer...has a good eye for flow of a room, design elements and construction protocols. She was able to direct our General Contractor on changes, additions and plumbing solutions. They don't take credit cards so if you want to purchase through that method it's not accepted.

Just beginning the work. Have been fantastic in the planning, design of it all. Really worked with me to stay within my budget. Very detailed and specific with each piece. Didn’t try to talk me out of my ideas or my vision...incorporated it into their own professional design.

I would suggest not working with this company or at least the designer named Chris. While I understand things happen in construction and it never seems to go as planned, on time, or on budget, the amount of problems I had with this project that had nothing to do with the actual project was just amazing. The company seems so unorganized and it was like pulling teeth to get any information about anything. When the project first started I was told by Chris that it would take two weeks and they had plenty of people to get the job done. I specifically decided to go with this company because he told me that. I was on a time crunch and had to get this done since my bathtub had cracked and was worried about it leaking into the floor underneath. They tore out everything in the bathroom and couple of days went by before I had to ask (again pulling teeth) what was going on when no one showed up for work. First they didn't have the right parts, then they didn't have any plumbers to put in the parts. After the 2 weeks that the job was supposed to be done all I had were plumbing parts installed in the shower not even a shower pan. Chris told me that they wouldn't tear out the bathroom until they were sure they had the parts so I wouldn't be left without the bathroom.... obviously that wasn't what happened. I constantly had to check in with Chris to find out when workers were going to be at my house or to find out what was happening. The wrong tile was ordered or sent and the project just kept getting delayed because there weren't workers to get things done. The guy who needed to measure for the glass door showed up but couldn't measure since there was no tile on the shower so he had to come back another day. Chris did try to smooth things over by agreeing to pay for some upgrades in order to move things along and make the bathroom a bit nicer so I was happy with that. I thought that the project would move along a little faster and smoother after that and that sometimes things just don't go as planned. I was wrong. After not having the right tile and finally getting tile for the walls we didn't have tile for the shower floor. I asked Chris many times to get me samples of what we could use and he came back with one sample. After 2 weeks I figured there were more options out there so I had to go out and look for tile myself in order to get anything moving for the shower floor. Only after I did this was when Chris came back with 6 samples of tile that could be used on the floor. The wrong color of grout was put into the floor and I had to call them to come out and remove it before it set so we didn't have a bigger problem on our hands. I asked for frosted glass and Chris had clear glass put in instead. I had called and talked to the owner as well to see if he could help me move things along. It worked for about a week and then nothing else happened. It's funny that I was more surprised when someone showed up to work than if someone hadn't shown up to work. That's how little I actually saw work getting done. After 2 months we only had a few things left to complete on the list, mind you the project was supposed to be done after 2 weeks. These items should have taken a day at the most to complete but after people coming out a few times to not do everything or do it incorrectly, I drove to the store to tell them I didn't want this to go on any more and they finally found someone to finish it up. The project took from June 13th until September 19th. The owner called to apologize which I appreciated that but it was too late. I will never use them again and I would suggest others to do the same.

The experience from beginning to end was fantastic, Art came out gave us a bid redesigned the kitchen and all of the workers that were here were respectful, courteous, and most of all good.  At the end of the job there were no surprises the bid was the price and there were no surprise invoices no extra charges.  Roger the project manager was awesome.  I remodeled the kitchen in order to sell my home and my realtor was very impressed with the quality and price of Kitchen Masters work.  I have recommended Art to family and friends.

I am completely satisfied with the job this company performed for me. The price was not the cheapest but their quality of work is outstanding. They were very clean, on time and very easy to get along with. I recommend them.
