Quick and painless.

I was very happy with the cost and work done by this company. I have had the roof for 6 years and have had no problems. They got in and out quick, cleaned up nice and were concered about the quality of their work.

They were on time, right on estimate, quick and efficient.

Our roof was damaged by the May 2014 hail storm (very large roof). We were inundated by roofing companies after the storm. Most were obnoxious, and pushy. JMW Roofing (Jim Waldner, owner and president) was recommended by my insurance agent (American Family), and was totally different from the others due to the following reasons: (a) experience - over 30 years in the business, (b) referrals by word of mouth only (they are not storm chasers), (c) Jim and Craig were not pushy (no hard sell like the other companies, (d) they use their own employees (not contract workers), (e) they could start my job in 2 weeks (as of 6/20, no other roofers were even close to starting), (f) they had a good rapport with Amfam Insurance, and helped me to get a fast and reasonable settlement through the insurance company, (g) they coordinated everything with the other service providers (the solar panel company, and gutter company), and finally, (h) they did not require any payment until the job was done, inspected, and to my liking. They showed up on the designated day, at 6:30am. I think they used 8-10 guys to tear off my roof, apply the Ice and Water Shield, and lay felt. Since the Ice and Water Shield needed to heat up and seal to the roof, they came back the next morning (at 6:30am) and finished the shingling job by noon. They were very thorough in their cleanup, and made sure everything was protected during the roofing job. Even the city inspector commented on how nice a job they did.Jim also recommended a gutter company (Kenny's Seamless Gutters), that did an excellent job on replacing all of my gutters. I would highly recommend JMW Roofing. I will certainly use them again in the future.

I don't think we have ever had a company come to our home and treat us as professionally as this company did. I was impressed with the care they took in protecting our ground from the mess and nails etc that come with replacing a new roof. We have a pretty extensive roof system and some out-of-the ordinary issues that were dones so well that the county commented on the perfection of the completed job. His crew were very courteous and professional and they were on time starting and finishing, fitting us in between snow storms. Hats off to them, they give people in the industry a good name:)

The job went well from start to finish. The team was responsive, answered all our questions, and did the job timely. I am often unreachable due to work and Jimmy and his team did what we needed done in a short period of time with no problems. The roof is in good shape due to JMW roofing!
