J & N Roofing

The price was pretty good, it went thru the HOA so it's a little hard for me to recall exactly. The quality was great. 

There was some other work going on, cause we were also replacing the skylights, so they were pretty good about dealing with multiple contractors. Like they weren't the only contractor on site and they were good with coordinating and still getting all of their stuff done.

We really like them.

The communication was good with their secretary. There were some issues with the work that was done and I think that was probably mostly the fault of roof brokers and not J & N, I'm not really sure, there was a lot of miscommunication there but they were really good about getting back out and getting that fixed and giving us a certification. They were good, I like J & N, I think the problems that I had was with roof brokers. The only issue I had with J & N was that when they showed up and did the work, no one in the crew spoke in English. The roof brokers came out and gave us the estimate and then whoever that they hired to do the work which happened to be J & N, did it for the price the roof brokers said they'd do. They were very good with regards to responsiveness, they returned phone calls. For professionalism, as far as the woman I spoke to on the phone most of the time was an A but it's hard to say with the crew that came out because I really couldn't communicate with them.

We actually went through a third party broker to inspect/recommend maintenence roof work. We were not having any problems. They got estimates from several companies including this J&A. We choose them based off Their ratings on this site. The were punctual, charged what they estimated, and left. I assume they did the work that was needed (or at least recommended by the third party). Nothing to complain about
