Darren called me within minutes of putting in my request. He was the most affordable based on what we needed. He was very matter of fact. Was able to do inspection next day. Called me afterward to review what he found. Got the report to me very quickly with diagrams and some helpful hints of ideas to mitigate settling and any future concerns of water issues. He owns this business and is focused on keeping good customer service and reputation. Very happy with him.
