Called me afterward to review what he found. Got the report to me very quickly with diagrams and some helpful hints of ideas to mitigate settling and any future concerns of water issues. He owns this business and is focused on keeping good customer service and reputation. Very happy with him.

Darren was able to meet my urgent need for an evaluation of some settling in our home with a visit within 48 hours of my call. He understood my reason for the needing the report on his findings, as it relates to the sale of my house, and promised to deliver the report in three days.
