valve boxes are the tiniest that can accommodate valves - TOO small. Responsiveness non-existent!! BIG fertilizer burns in new sod - no response from Fellet. DO NOT HIRE THESE CLOWNS!

"I was quite surprised to see this review from[member name removed]. Our Company is over 48 years old and we always strive to give the best service we can to all our customers needs. We did go over and above in services to this customer, repeatedly doing extra items they requested and were not charged for to make them happy. Unfortunately you can't please everyone all the time. After the job was complete to the owner's specifications, per our contract we requested final payment and it was continually delayed. After we told them per our contract (which they signed) that all guarantees were null and void due to the lack of final payment, we received the statement balance. I feel this is a client any contractor will have difficulty working with. This was extremely unfortunate for all concerned."

The owner of the company, Jim Fellet, was quick to respond for a request of estimate and personally came out to our house with an architectural plan for the yard. He was also extremely knowledgeable about plants and trees and was receptive to all our design ideas and requests. Mike, his son and foreman, was professional and talented. His eye for design and attention to detail made our project a complete success. Their team was polite, well trained and worked hard each day to complete the project with superior workmanship. Our yard is beautiful and built to last. Several exceptional details that really stood out to me was their experience in working around weather and commitment to their work. There were several rainy days during demolition and they made the decision to wait til the next morning to rip out the old ties. Instead of trying to rush through my project to race to a new one, they made the best choice for me and prevented the soil from the upper levels washing away and compromising the results. At the end of the project came several days of temperatures over 100 that killed a single plant and they were out the very next week to replace it at no cost or delay. They worked out a watering scedule for the new plants and even made extra trips to reprogram our sprinklers when I wasn't able to. I can't say enough about Fellet landscaping. Their business is exceptional. I had estimates from 8 different companies and I definitely picked the best!

I REALLY ENJOYED THE WORK THEY HAD DONE FOR ME, IT LOOKS VERY GREAT. IT IS A WONDERFUL VIEW WHEN YOU DRIVE UP TO THE HOUSE. IT LOOKS THE BEST THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN.
