+ -1 moreSteer clear of Environmental Tree Care LLC, had an appointment to prune the maple in our backyard on the 4th of September. They pruned one out of four limbs and left. The tree is still full of dead lumber, and my window well has the crew lunch trash in it. Bunch of trimmed branches left on the roof, too. Called on the 5th to see if they were coming back, was assured they would be back that day to finish the job. Haven't heard a word since. The good news is the contract/invoice specified a full prune of the entire tree, and they breached the agreement, so I got one limb for free, because they aren't getting a dime from me.
