EDGE EXTERMINATING

Terrible, they arrived the first time, no ladder, no flashlight, it was a good thing we could provide the equipment they needed to perform their job. The service man was not sure what he was doing but after looking in the attic we were told traps were set and there was a lot of droppings up there. The next visit out, a week later, a different service man came. Again no ladder only a flashlight on his phone. Once again we provided the equipment needed. He climbed up the ladder and said he could not get in the attic he was to big, but from what he could see using our flashlight there were no animals on the sticky traps and no droppings. He then walked around outside and said that the traps out there had not been touched. So in short he was saying he didn't see anything in the attic. Two conflicting stories. We then called the company and they told us they can't get in the attics of homes because of liability issues. Of course we asked why did you lead us on that all was good, you never told us once that you could not get in our attic when you were well aware that was where the issue was. After a conversation with one person we were put on hold to talk to a manager. Then after a few minutes we were told that the manager will have to call us back. Still no call back. This company is not what they think they are and be aware of all the promises they make if you hire them.
