Seth and his team did a wonderful job on our kitchen remodel. His pricing was reasonable, and he stayed on schedule. He communicated with me throughout the project with decisions that needed to be made as well as when contractors would be arriving. Everything was completed with attention to detail, and contractors were respectful of our space throughout the process. I would highly recommend him and use him again for future projects.

I hired Seth to gut and remodel the kitchen and bathroom in my 1907 bungalow. It was my first time remodeling and Seth was great. He walked me through the process, gave great advice for deciding on cabinet layout and materials. His subcontractors were all respectful of my house and very knowledgeable. Of course the minute you rip apart an old house you find other issues, but Seth let me know upfront what we might find and how that would affect the cost. He was very transparent and responsive to my questions and concerns and the project was completed in the estimated timeframe. The finished result was beautiful, I had a couple minor issues with some tile after the project was complete and he had his subcontractor right back over to fix the issues. I remodeled in order to sell the house, I ended up getting multiple offers the weekend it went on the market for over asking price, in no small part due to the beautiful new kitchen and bathroom. I would recommend Seth to anyone and would use his services again for any other projects.

Seth helped us with several projects including renovation of a master bedroom, adding on a laundry room and renovating a dated wet bar. His pricing was reasonable and Seth was very flexible in accommodating various requests we made. He was patient, reliable, timely and professional in all his interactions, despite the additional obstacles CoVid-19 brought with it. Most importantly, Seth is honest and ethical in his interactions. Without hesitation we have recommended his company to friends and we would definitely recommend to those who are not yet our friends.

Our kitchen remodel was a complete gut, with a new modern layout including overhaul of plumbing and electrical. We are impressed with Seth's construction knowledge and level of expertise in every area needed to complete the project. The project was completed above satisfactory with great attention to detail, and was completed within a manageable time-frame. Seth was very pleasant to work with. We did a major renovation of our kitchen including a wall removal and total gut and replacement of everything. His communication was extremely thorough and his temperament and patience throughout the project was very easy to work with. As all renovations incur unforeseen delays, Seth did a good job of seeing the project through the delays. There were a couple of issues with some of the sub contractors but Seth managed those as expected and the finished project met all of our expectations. We needed to update our house before we put it on the market. We initially explored an even bigger remodel that would have involved removing some structural walls, but Seth walked us through the value-added of each portion, not just what would earn him the most money. We settled on the kitchen (almost complete gut and then new cabinets, countertops, and fixtures), and master bath (new shower and fixtures). The rest of the house feels fresh and new with paint and new carpet. Seth did a beautiful job, was always completely professional, and did it all in the timeline he proposed. We're very happy with the result - just wish we had done it while we still lived there!

It was a pleasure to work with Cook Custom Interiors from start to finish. Seth is a true artist and made sure that execution was on point. He made thoughtful recommendations where we needed some guidance (especially on options for layouts) but also supported our vision for a modern style that still worked with our 100+ year old home. He completely revamped our third floor bathroom, adding a ton of space and functionality. He also handled our add-on modifications including adding closets to previously non-conforming bedrooms, moving bedroom doors to open up our hallway, and knocking out an entire wall overlooking the stairs (giving a much more open feel to what used to be an oddly cramped space). It was a big job, and we got a number of quotes, and Seths prices were extremely reasonable. There were some delays in the project based on availability of subcontractors or custom products, but most importantly the finished product did not cut any corners. We are so happy with the remodel, and hope to use Cook Custom Interiors for all future remodels.

Seth Cook of Cook Custom Interiors was great to work with on our kitchen project. My wife and I purchased our home a year ago and had always wanted to change a few things (counter-tops, back-splash, floor) in the kitchen while keeping the cabinets and appliances in place. Seth was recommended to us by a mutual acquaintance and was able to work within our budget and time frame. Seth and his contractors showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves and were professional through the entire process. There were numerous items that needed to be fabricated from scratch to match our existing cabinets and Seth's attention to detail on the finish work really stands out. Seth was so great! We converted an office into a bunkroom with a built in cal king bottom bunk and queen top bunk. it was important to us that we have stairs going up instead of a ladder so our visiting grand children would have a safer climb. I showed Seth a few pics and he drew out and designed exactly what I wanted. I would hire Seth again.

It was great to work with Seth for our master bathroom remodeling project in our condo. He was efficient, did all the work to get the project approval from the building manager, and was able to get the project completed within the estimated time frame. He helped us in selecting the tiles and the hardware and was quick to respond to any questions we had about the project. Me and my wife love the work he did!

Seth Cook did our kitchen and 3 bath remodeling. He was very helpful in designing our projects, picking out finishes and making sure we were satisfied with the end result. He made all the bathroom cabinets by hand and they are just beautiful! He was patient with changes we made and helped point out problems and suggested alternatives. I hired Cook Custom Interiors (CCI) to remodel our basement apartment last summer and it was a great process, all the way through. It included a complete kitchen and bathroom remodel, paint, new hardwood floors and carpet for the bedroom and closet. CCI had some excellent ideas on how to reconfigure the space to get the most out of the small apartment square footage we had to work with. Seth custom built the kitchen cabinets, and they are gorgeous. We now rent out this space on airbnb, and all of our renters comment on how gorgeous the space is. Well worth the investment. Working with CCI is completely different than what has come to be expected working with other general contractors; CCI promptly returns calls, sticks very close to schedules and budgets, and has professional and well written contracts that make it clear if and when any change orders/additional costs may become necessary. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
