+ -1 moreWe don’t have any complaints and we didn’t feel like it was poorly handled. They did things timely and it was positive. I talked to them to make the appointment and they were friendly. That process went well. The drop off was easy. When he dropped the car of they didn’t make any notes about what we talked on the phone. So we had to go over the information again. They were friendly and they were polite. The work was completed in a timely manner. They were great. They did a good job.
Description of Work: My husband took his car to Complete Auto Repair for auto service.

+ -1 moreThese guys are great and they are there to service your car and not to rip you off like some other auto shops!!! I highly recommend them and I would definitely go to them for all of my automotive service/repair needs! As a matter of fact, I live in Thornton and these guys are in Lakewood, I drive the extra miles to have them work on my cars!!! That's how awesome these guys are. I would not trust anyone else with my car repair!
Description of Work: Bob Pepping and his crew at Complete Auto Repair is awesome!!! They are highly professional, honest and does an outstanding job of repairing your car at a reasonable price!!! This is my third time talking my 1999 GMC Jimmy there for repair and they have done and amazing job of getting my Jimmy fixed up each and every time. My first experience with them was having a complete break job done on all four wheels, replace the front calipers and pads, four new rotors and adjust the parking brakes. The price was about the same if not a little cheaper than the chain brake shops. The best part was, after it was done, I realized that there was a slight problem with one of the rear brake dragging and causing the rotor to overheat. Bob and his crew got right on the job and replaced the pads and rotors for free! They did not give me any grief and they genuinely made sure that I was completely satisfied! This time, I took my Jimmy to have my hood release repaired. That was done in no time and during the process, they gave it a once over and noticed that one of the CV joint boot was torn and the CV joint was in need of repair. They got on that job right away as well as flushing my radiator. With my previous experience with these guys, I knew that they were not trying to rip me off. They only recommend what is truly needed to be repaired. What was really nice of them was that they saw the sticker on my windshield from Jiffy Lube for an upcoming oil change so they went ahead and changed the oil and filter for free!!! How awesome is that!!! Also, I had used their loaner for the day so prior to returning it, I put some gas in it and mentioned it to Bob. He felt that I put too much gas in the loaner so he took $20 off of my bill! Again, how many times can I say it? Awesome!!!
