Ray at Colorado Remodeling and Maintenance came to my rescue! I had water leak damage on my ceiling right before I was to put my condo on the market. When I contacted the contractor that my realtor recommended, they wanted $450 for the job couldn't get to it right away. I searched fervently on thumbtack.com and got no response. I found CRM on Angie's List, contacted them right away about my predicament, and although Ray's schedule was booked that week, he made time for me in my emergency, fixed the problem ( you cant even tell!) and didn't over charge me because of the short notice. He does beautiful, high quality work! I am going to recommend to everyone I know and will be calling him again to help with my new place! A+++++
