We couldn’t be happier with how amazing our basement looks! Nathan and his crew were great to work with, and the quality of their work was exceptional. The process of getting our basement finished went so smoothly; better than we could have imagined!

We hired them to re model 2 bathrooms along with sprucing up the kitchen with some new countertops and cabinets. As they went thru the project they made sure we were happy with what was being done as they went along and we were able to tweak an item or 2. The quality of work is exceptional and their insight and recommendations on things we had missed complemented the project in the end. They communicated with us throughout the whole process so we knew what to expect and showed up when they said they would. I would recommend them for any project you have that they are able to do. I still can't believe our small bathrooms can look so nice!!! My wife wants them to do other projects now after seeing what they did initially. Nathan, Charlie & Jason work together well and it is no wonder they have been around so long. THANKS GUYS FOR ALL YOU DID!!!!

Nathan did a basement remodel for us. Nathan and his crew were very professional, meticulous and did quality work! Nathan was always responsive and kept in touch about timelines throughout process. They finished on time to the initial quoted timeline. His pricing was very reasonable compared to other companies. Would definitely use him again!

I am very happy with their work! It was a small bathroom remodel and they did a nice job. It looks great and functions well. They came up with a different plan than I originally had in mind and it turned out so much better! They went over and above by painting the utility room to provide continuity. The subs they used did a great job too. Highly recommend them!

Very satisfied. Good communication. Not one issue upon inspection. Nathan did everything he said. Charlie and Joe great consistent hard workers, polite and personable. Clean job with good outcome. Always answered questions completely. Things are straight and level as good as could be in a finish job like this. Finish work good and I am pretty meticulous. very happy. These projects can sometimes not turn out as well because of miscommunication both ways or misunderstandings. Didn’t happen. Very satisfied. Passes final inspection no issues. Electrical same story.

Nathan and his team did a great job on a small master bath remodel. I rehired them to do the main bath. Great communication and excellent craftsmanship. I whole-heartedly recommend them.

He repaired our basement after water damage. What was quoted as a 2 week project became a 4 week project, but the work was done well.

I would like to say that Colorado Building and Construction is a great company they took on our bathroom project with very short notice and they met the deadline that was given, they did an amazing job all of the workers were extremely nice and friendly and very respectful. I like the fact that Nathan, the owner came by regularly to make sure they stayed on schedule and to make sure everything was going according to the plans that were given to him. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends that are looking to have any work done. Nathan communicated clearly and was always available to answer questions. He is honest, straight forward and reliable. I will definitely hired him again when we are onto the next project.

The work was done in a timely manner and they work with us as far as scheduling and getting the job done quickly. Very good with communication and results are great.

Nathan is a nice guy and suggested concrete instead of a wood deck. Unfortunately I am not happy with the finished product. I would not recommend for concrete work.

Actually the work performed was the front porch steps and down to the driveway. The work was excellent and prompt. This is the best company I have ever used for concrete work.

Nathan and his crew did a great job. The area looks fantastic. They were early on the days they did the work and cleaned up everything within a reasonable time period at least within a day for larger clean ups. Waiting for a few minor details to be completed this week. I highly recommend this contractor, he is honest and reliable. Paid him when the job was done, he never asked for up front money.

Nathan, the contractor is outstanding. Being kind of a perfectionist, he made sure his workers did their job professionally without cutting corners. He always kept me informed about what he was going to do and why and I was extremely comfortable leaving he and his crew alone in my house if I was gone. Nathan gave me honest opinions about what should be done on specific areas and didn't hesitate to disagree with my ideas. His ideas were 100% right on and I am glad he was so honest about how to handle difficult areas. So if you want a remodel done professionally, hire Nathan NOW.

Nathan is fantastic! His workmanship is top of the line and I couldn't be happier with the work done to my home. Him and the guys he brought to help with the work are all very friendly and all are fun to work with and be around! There were times were I couldn't be at home while they worked and I absolutely trusted them being in my home alone. Nathan is very detailed and makes sure everything looks perfect and if it doesn't, he goes above and beyond until it does. He cleaned up after himself each day he left and when the project was completely finished, he really did a good job cleaning up! Again, very happy with the work and would recommend to everyone and already have!

We are just waiting for the rails to be completed at this point.

It took longer than anticipated to get started but the work was great and worth the wait!
