I went back later and they had done nothing else! Left the living room ceiling with only one coat of paint with glaring rough spots, imperfections and a total unprofessional job. They used the paint I had for the walls, eggshell. I spoke to my other painter who does not do popcorn removal and he said they should have known/told me to use flat or ultra flat on ceilings. I called Color Applications to voice my disappointment. Daniel, the owner, was quick to say that I had told him to use my paint. I replied, but I didn't know any better! You should have told me ceilings need flat paint to reduce glare. He offered to repaint for an additional $350. I got my other painter to do it for $250. Daniel at Color Applications then offered me a refund of $250 but I have never received one. I also sent him photos of the shoddy workmanship and remaining patches of drywall etc left on the ceilings by his workers that my painter had to later sand down. He appears to have now blocked my messages and refuses to speak to me. Very disappointing and very unprofessional.
