This was such a SUPER experience for me.  I was so impressed with the service which I received!  Pam was extremely helpful in answering my questions, showing me various samples, and demonstrating the features of the Hunter Douglas shades.  Very relaxed, pleasant environment.  I did not feel pressured in any way.  Once I selected the shades that I wanted, Pam gave me the price.  I decided to purchase the shades and to set up an appointment for measuring the doors.  Pam said she could come out the same day!  Wow!  That truly made me happy.  Pam arrived on time, measured, made suggestions on the appropriate length, then stated that the blinds would take one week to make.  Blinds were installed approximately 1 1/2 weeks after placing my order.  The gentleman that hung the shades was very pleasant & professional, arriving a bit earlier than the scheduled time.  He did a great job hanging and leveling the shades.  He then demonstrated how to lower and raise the shades (quite different than other types), and had me practice doing it.  I do have to mention that I had gone to a local big box store to compare prices.  The big box store didn't carry the quality Hunter Douglas shades, but I did find a brand that might work.  That brand was  only $15/per shade less than the quality Hunter Douglas shades at Bretz Interiors!!  Also, it would have taken a minimum of 2-3 weeks to get the shades.  It was a no-brainer.  Why would I go with the big box store?  Made me realize that local Mom and Pop shops are the way to go.  The money stays in my community and the service was million times better than what the big box stores would have provided.
