The service was not very good as they kept having a turnover in management. We had to deal with different people and the roof leaked. It took 6 months to get everything worked out. It finally got straightened out but it took much longer than it should have.

They did a great job and had great follow up. We are happy with their services!

The new roof cost me about $8,000. The service was fine; I did not have any problems. I would recommend them because they were very efficient and they were great. They followed through. They even came back and double-checked everything. They were very professional. I would use them again.

I first emailed BIC for a quote back in January. Clark Berggren and owner David Willhoite both came out to look at our issue, which was excess moisture in our attic. They recommended several options, ranging from additional base venting to a combination of that and larger vents through the surface of the roof. We ultimately chose to add soffit vents at the base of the attic along with additional insulation. We also had BIC replace our exhaust fan with a larger model and reinforce a cracked truss in the attic. About a week after the initial visit we had a proposal, which was adjusted based on further discussion with David. After the proposal was signed in early Feb, the actual work date was postponed several times for various reasons (one of them our fault as we were out of town). When the work date actually came, the two gentlemen were very professional. They finished the job in one day (we were previously warned that it could bleed into the next day), cleaned up after themselves, and Clark came back out at the end of the day to verify that everything went well which was appreciated. I marked price as a B rather than an A because part of the proposal included re-texturing the bathroom drywall so that the repair would not be visible. This was not done (which I was fine with, as the repair isn't too much of an eyesore) and BIC gave a small discount to reflect this. I felt the discount could have been a little more, as the re-texturing in this case was actually a larger portion of the drywall repair proposal than the discount reflected, hence the B. Overall I was very happy with BIC and would consider them again in the future.
