Best Option Restoration of Lakewood

From the initial phone call to discuss mitigation services- Paul was super responsive and followed up timely. When he arrived at my home he utilized boot booties which was very considerate as most companies don't do this anymore! During quote review he was helpful and his team arrived on time and ready to work- they thoroughly covered my floors/carpet. We were very happy with the 4 days they were in our home for mold removal. There was one unexpected instance when the fogger was placed that we couldn't utilize the space/sleeping quarters but we understand it just would have been helpful if we knew this would happen beforehand. Otherwise everything else went as planned and clean up looked good.

A few week ago a water pipe burst in the living unit above me, causing damage to my ceiling, walls, carpet, furniture. I was in a scramble to find a reputable contractor to do the restoration work asap and a friend referred me to BOR/Lakewood. I'm very glad she did. The company did a great job of cleanup, including discovery of mold and other damage in areas I would not have thought to look. Everyone in the company was professional, honest, courteous and helpful to me during the necessary task of disrupting my home, showing me their progress and answering all my questions. The owner Paul Kang was extremely helpful in negotiating with my insurance company, which was a major stress point for me. They have completed the 'demolition' aspect of the work; the repairs and final restoration are next. I strongly recommend BOR/Lakewood for anyone needing similar restoration work.
