Well, they did a bait and switch. I called for an appointment and they told me that they were offering a special promotion and I would get a price for $77!! Awesome. Well... the guy came and said it'll be $342. ***! That is 4x what I was told over the phone. I called another company (that I have used before), immediately they asked if there were any soils or spills, I said "yes" and they quoted $150 (and they've never jacked up the price on me before), but since I am getting the carpet cleaning because I am moving, I am not able to stick around the extra 4 days to get their next available appointment. The guy that came did a fine job, but because of the companies dishonest price tactics, it ate his tip...sorry guy! I will NEVER call this company again.

They were here once and never again. The technician that was sent out was horrible but the owner came over and did it right. The owner was very responsive.

Yikes I wish I had read the previous report. Same story. Very hard sell for extra services to the tune of more than $300 extra. When I didn't go along, he came back minutes later with a cost of $134 for the extra services. Extra services were explained as not optional unless you wanted a smelly house. As someone with a sales background, I was impressed with how well Tyler (the cleaner) had been trained in hard sells tactics.Bottom line, unless you enjoy hard sells negotiating with used car or timeshare salespeople, I would pass. I felt sorry for Tyler that his company would place him in such a desperate sales position, so I gave him a $20 tip. I hope the company sees that the community won't put up with these sells tactics and changes their way. As a local business I want them to succeed, but in a more upfront manner. I hope to see favorable reviews in the future.

I purchased a coupon for having our basement carpets cleaned. When I called to make the appointment the rep tried to sell me additional services. Additional services  ere also 'offered' when the appointment was confirmed. Both, I declined. The cleaner who was polite and professional looking drove up in a small personal sedan and told me he wouldn't do the job unless we purchased additional pre-treatment since we had a dog. We had just moved in and the previous owner also had a dog. The carpets did not look too dirty. Additionally, he said the process would not be guaranteed unless I purchased treatment beyond the coupon and extra pre-treatment. This guarantee brought the services to over $300.
I decided to go ahead with his additional pre-treatment cost. He brought in a couple of rug cleaners that looked basically like a souped up home vacuum cleaner. He did do the carpets and got most of the minor stains out. Overall, they looked better.   I was not happy to pay $90. for my original coupon an extra $150. for 'pre treatment' without having any kind of guarantee on the work.
