+ -1 moreWe have had our AC out this entire summer. I have been having to live elsewhere due to the heat and my animals have been boarding. One of my animals had a heat stroke. I have proof of the apt being well over 90 degrees. I have put in numerous requests and they continue to tell me what I want to hear but the problem is never fixed. At this point I feel they are stalling till the cool season gets here and that’s awful. Ashford Belmar does not care about the well being of their tenants.
