It was good service with no interruptions. They worked on my truck without messing around. They were professional about it, even for just a small service like an oil change. They also have me a flat rate to fix the oil leak.

I don't know about car maintenance, so I assume they did a good job. Punctual. But after visual inspection they should have mentioned that one of the headlamps had water inside and needs repair. Price was the same as with the Toyota dealership where I  had the maintenance done before I moved to Colorado. Friendly, but they did not really seem to make an effort to get a new client. In summary, no real complaints, but I was a bit disappointed after the excellent reviews in Angies List. Maybe just a bad day.

We took our car in with 123,000 with what we THOUGHT was a transmission problem.  Expecting a very costly repair, we took it in and explained how the transmission wasn't shifting correctly.  We were told that they were going to inspect the transmission.  Which they did -- BUT -- there was no problem with it at all!  They then completed an entire diagnostic to figure out the problem, and found out it was something called the mass airflow sensor.  They could have charged us a TON of money to work on the transmission, but they instead 1) found the TRUE problem 2) Fixed it correctly the FIRST time around, and 3) did it on time as promised.
Since this experience, our car with 123,000 miles now runs again as if it was brand new.  Couldn't be happier.  For a first experience at a new auto shop, this was excellent!  ANY future car problems, will definitely take it back to them.  Great work, guys!

While performing an oil change, I inquired about a leak and brake malfunctions. They checked the problem for free. I knew there were issues.
My husband's truck had a broken caliper, bad brakes, missing caps, and a lot of other issues.
They were willing to work with me and my budget. They helped by getting all of my major problems patched so I could safely drive again.
I would definitely bring my truck back there, and have already brought in one car to get the radiator fixed.
Car #3 goes in this weekend.

What stands out about their work is their honesty, and I get a good price from them.  All are good about them.

They diagnosed the problem which was worn out plugs and replaced them and then changed the oil which I originally forgot to mention but they got it done. The price might seem high but it includes; diagnosis, tow bill(which insurance reimburses me)(hopefully) and of course the main job of changing the plugs. The plugs on this car are very hard to get access to which adds to the labor  (and are platinum tipped). All in all the car is running well again.

I dropped my car off late Thursday and they called me with an estimate early Friday morning.  I was apprehensive that I would not be able to afford to fix my car. They provided a detailed reason for the problems regarding my heater and turn signals and they suggested replacing my serpentine belt and doing an oil change.  Their prices were very affordable. Therefore, I was able to repair the immediate problem and do some much needed maintenance on my vehicle.  They were very friendly and helpful in a stressful situation.  They are my new go to auto service.  I will, without hesitation, recommend them to everyone I know.

Again, another part was installed. Six weeks later light started flashing again and Lee Myles took the truck to a Ford dealership and wires were repaired. All extra work was covered under warranty.

I had initially brought the car to a Subaru dealer in Golden for service on the air conditioning.  They quoted an $800 repair without first recharging the system, and they were inconsistent with their explanation of the problem, which made me question their diagnostics.  I took the car back without having the repair done, and brought it to Lee Myles.  They recharged the system, and checked for leaks, and found that the system needed no major repairs.  The owner told me that the repair proposed by the dealer couldn't have been diagnosed without recharging and checking the system first.  He was friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the repair to my daughter and me.  I felt  comfortable in the shop, and appreciated his explanation.  I'm very happy to have found an honest, high quality mechanic.  He has a new loyal customer!

They do good work. On occasion, if there is a small problem that I didn't go in there for they will fix it for free. For example, I took in my car to get the brakes fixed, and they fixed my windshield wiper as well for free and without me asking. That's the kind of thing that will keep me going back there.

The owner of the shop was very informative and willing to discuss his philosophy on offering service to drive repeat business. I will never get my car serviced at the dealership again.
