Masonry Work
Competitive estimate, prompt service, high attention to detail, courteous and responsive. Also did extra repair for hidden area without billing extra.

Plumbing
Very thorough, very good, a little slow, very expensive.
Over designed and over engineered everything. There are so many valves, I have to have a diagram to see what they all do. I can route water from the well five different ways into the main house plumbing. Builders estimate for plumbing was $10k and we more than spent double that. Builder wasn't too happy and I wasn't too happy about the final cost but the system is Mercedes quality and design.
Admittedly, not everything worked the way I had originally laid out so there were a few redesigns and redo's. I also put in LOTS of non standard items and controllers which took extra time and expense..
He had 3 jobsites going at once so seldom spent a full day at any of them. Time span on our house was 12 weeks but actual work time was more like 3 weeks had he worked 8hrs every day.
