Very happy we choice The Lady Concrete, Emma. After getting quotes from 8 contractors we felt The Lady Concrete was easy to work with and was very particular and cared about work being performed.

We are very pleased with the concrete front steps The Lady Concrete did for us. They were here to begin work on the day promised and worked every day until the job was complete. The quality of work was excellent and it was done for a fair price. I have recommended them to a neighbor whose driveway is in poor shape so yes, I would recommend them and would use them again.

Installed a small concrete slab for a shed foundation. They arrived on time, started promptly, and finished the entire job in about six hours. I'll definitely call them for future projects.

The Lady Concrete did a large project consisting of tearing out an existing wood deck, and then installed a stamped concrete patio, a fire pit, a pad for a shed, and sidewalks. It was not a small project, and they did a lot of work. But ll be upfront... any concrete company can lay flatwork. Its the quality ones that can see a large job, anticipate every detail, and do it well to completion. Sadly, I do not feel this is the case with; The Lady Concrete. 1. Our fire pit, which they knew would be covered in veneer, had 2 large drain holes installed. All good here. However, the back side of the drain holes were cut level with the concrete, and each will allow water to drain onto the veneer, cracking any installed veneer with a freeze and thaw in the 1st year, if not the 2nd. The floor is not level and required another hole for the water to drain correctly. We asked specifically for them to create a drain hole as large as the others. What we got were two and 1/2, 1; in diameter holes; Yes, 2.5, as the last one did not go through. These holes were designed as poorly as the 1st ones and will allow water to drain onto the concrete veneer. 2. The stamped concrete patio was not brought down below grade, and one can see in two places where the dirt erodes out from under the patio. 3. The sidewalk was formed with siding; and it allows for imperfect, if not slightly jagged curves. 4. The forms for the walls for the concrete pad for the shed were not created with enough support, and it allowed the walls to bow out slightly before it dried. I truly felt sorry for the man who built the shed, as he had to get creative in order for the walls of the shed to accommodate the bowed out walls. 5. And lastly, the posts for the gate: One had to be placed in concrete. It was not placed directly across from the other post, and now the gate closes poorly. It is also too close to the side of the house, and the light that used to go on top of the post no longer fits. In short, if it is details that one wants; serious things that need to be addressed, you should consider another company. Their work is done quickly with no attention to detail. However, if it is just flatwork, I think; The Lady Concrete; can do a fair job.

Lady Concrete was much lower than the other bids I received and the guys worked hard to remove the portions of the old concrete slab being replaced. That said, when you repair a slab you want it level and you don't want it to crack. The job failed badly on both fronts. 2 months in we had a large crack running across the garage and the slab is amazingly uneven. The demo took 2.5 days and the pour was hastily done over 2-3 hours. I've reached out a few times to rectify the situation but she's been unresponsive.

2 sections of my driveway were badly damaged and sinking. they removed the bad sections and poured new concrete. The driveway looks better than than it did when we bought the house.

Very professional and I really liked the job they did on my back porch. Emma and her crew did an outstanding job. Came out when she said she would to give me a quote, communicated very well thru the job, and again did a great job on my patio.

They did a good job, and they did it quickly. Price a little high for the size of my job, but they have a minimum charge even for small jobs, which is too bad for people with little areas of concrete that need replacing.

Excellent work and done on time. Did not understand why the workers placed a pile of dirt and rebar pieces in my yard that became frozen and the pile of dirt in my decorative rock and left them there but all in all a great job. Do save yourself a headache and make sure that if anything changes, as did my job, you get a writtin proposal BEFORE the work is started. Ugh. A professional good company otherwise and would recommend for any concrete job large or small.
