My mother feels very comfortable with him because he communicates with her in a clear and easily understood manner, which she appreciates.
To date, he has helped us with grab bars in the shower, accessibility improvements to her front and back entrances, repaired thr man door to the garage, and repaired a leaky kitchen faucet fixture.
In late May/early June (2016), he tackled the exterior of her home and detached garage. He identified the scope of work, which was repair/replacement of badly deteriorated siding, facia,soffitt boards and trim. He stressed that his efforts would be concentrated on repairing as much damage as he could, and getting the exterior sealed and protected.
It took about two weeks, due to weather delays, but he did everything he said, and then some. The house exterior has a new lease on life, and looks beautiful. He even added some nifty detailing to the trim areas that really compliment the house and the neighborhood.
Curt and his subs did all this in a timely and professional manner. While it did slightly exceed the estimated cost, it was within budget.
