 + -1 moreThey cancelled the class and refused to refund the $90 I paid for the class. They tried to reschedule the class but I was not able to make that date either. I have yet to receive a refund and today they hung up on me. I have been polite if not pointed in my requests for the refund. The owner has refused to call me back.

 + -1 moreTHEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL. I WAS NOTIFIED PROMPTLY WHEN MY UPDATE ARRIVED. THEY ARE ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP WITH ANY CONCERNS OR PROBLEMS YOU MAY BE HAVING USING THERE PRODUCT. THEY SPEND A LOT OF TIME ON INSTRUCTION TO MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND.
Description of Work: UPGRADED SEWING SOFTWARE TO OPERATE ONE OF THEIR GREAT MACHINES. IT NEEDED TO BE ORDERED AND THE SERVICE AND NOTIFICATION WAS GREAT.

 + -1 moreTHEY WORKED WITH ME TO VERIFY THAT THE PROBLEM WAS NOT A USER ERROR, AND ATTEMPTED TO REPAIR IT IN THE STORE, WHEN THAT DID NOT WORK THEY SENT THE MACHINE OFF WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDER, AND THE MACHINE WAS RETURNED IN A WEEK WORKING JUST LIKE NEW.
Description of Work: THEY SENT MY SEWING MACHINE TO THEIR REPAIR PERSON TO BE SERVICED, REPAIRED A PROBLEM WITH ONE OF THE MACHINES FEATURES.
