They cancelled the class and refused to refund the $90 I paid for the class. They tried to reschedule the class but I was not able to make that date either. I have yet to receive a refund and today they hung up on me. I have been polite if not pointed in my requests for the refund. The owner has refused to call me back.

The case to my Bernina sewing machine was broken, including the handle. The company had a case already in their store. I dropped it off for exchange Monday and it was completed by Tuesday. Very friendly and responsive to this service.

THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL. I WAS NOTIFIED PROMPTLY WHEN MY UPDATE ARRIVED. THEY ARE ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP WITH ANY CONCERNS OR PROBLEMS YOU MAY BE HAVING USING THERE PRODUCT. THEY SPEND A LOT OF TIME ON INSTRUCTION TO MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND.

THEY WORKED WITH ME TO VERIFY THAT THE PROBLEM WAS NOT A USER ERROR, AND ATTEMPTED TO REPAIR IT IN THE STORE, WHEN THAT DID NOT WORK THEY SENT THE MACHINE OFF WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDER, AND THE MACHINE WAS RETURNED IN A WEEK WORKING JUST LIKE NEW.
