Otto was great as usual. I am a Realtor & Landlord. I use his Inspection services for each property that I personally purchase. He is matter of fact and non-alarming, until he is really concerned about something. He is not afraid to rock the boat by bringing up concerns & recommending further evaluation. I regularly refer him as a Home Inspector.

am in the process of buying a house and needed an inspection done with a week turnaround at most. Otto was one of the names that came up that might be a good person to do the inspection. He was able to accommodate me and my schedule. He walked me through the process and then walked me through the home. Very Thorough and detailed. He answered all my questions (in layman's terms when needed) and made the process easy. In addition, I had the Home Inspection report within a few hours following the inspection. I was not expecting that quick a turnaround.! felt his rates were very good and was happy with the experience.
