"We are very happy to learn that Anita was happy with the quality of our work. Anita contacted us regarding a broken fence post. She didn't think the post was set in concrete and we provided an estimate while she was on the phone. However, we informed her at that time that the job would take much longer if the post was set in concrete. After we scheduled her work we emailed her a confirmation that fully explained our rates and policies. When we arrived at her home, we discovered that the post was set in concrete we gave her a revised estimate. The job was completed for the amount of the revised estimate."
