 + -1 moreI retained the company to fix the broken mechanism of a mortise lock, rekey a second lock, and find out why a door was not shutting easily and locking. The first two tasks were completed satisfactorily. The third dragged on for two months with weeks going by without the vendor initiating contact. At least two promises to return to my house to work were not kept and without communication. Eventually I found the solution and finished the work myself. Vendor never understood that a custom made strike plate was needed.
Description of Work: Repaired one broken lock. Rekeyed a second lock. Did not fix the equipment making it difficult to close and lock a door.

 + -1 moreTHEY HAVE ALWAYS HAD VERY QUICK RESPONSE TIME AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ABLE TO ACCOMPLISH WHAT WE NEEDED DONE. THEIR PRICES HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY REASONABLE.
Description of Work: WE HAVE USED THEM FOR SEVERAL THINGS. THEY RE-KEYED OUR WHOLE HOUSE. THEY CAN JUST RE-KEY ONE LOCK. THEY GET YOU INTO ANY LOCKED ROOM.
