Locksmith Service
I retained the company to fix the broken mechanism of a mortise lock, rekey a second lock, and find out why a door was not shutting easily and locking. The first two tasks were completed satisfactorily. The third dragged on for two months with weeks going by without the vendor initiating contact. At least two promises to return to my house to work were not kept and without communication. Eventually I found the solution and finished the work myself. Vendor never understood that a custom made strike plate was needed.
