They were professional. They did a very good job.

In general they were very flexible and accommodated our shifting schedule. There were some concerns with the quality of the work by the first person that came out, but Karen addressed the issue by getting someone else out that did a much better job.

We are a repeat customer and will certainly be again! They are so great go work with and do such a fabulous job! Thank you for Another great job!

Getting in touch with Karen was quick, easy, and she was prompt in showing up for our appointment and getting a quote to us. She suggested some subtle color picks that we appreciated, and explained her choices of paints and materials to us so that we could best understand how we should approach the work.
I think where the overall job went a bit awry was when Karen had to deal with an employee leaving her company somewhat unexpectedly. This threw scheduling into bit of a tailspin, and our job looked to be a little bit on hold. Where this could have been a 3-day job, it actually ended up getting spread out for a little bit more than 2 weeks. While I understand that Karen had to deal with unexpected staffing concerns, we would have appreciated something along the lines of a discount or partial refund for the amount of inconvenience we had to go through in order to schedule time off from work, keep furniture moved out of the way, and so on.
Overall, her and her painter's work was excellent and definitely helped us sell our home even 2 years after the work was done. What we paid for the work, all problems aside, I believe was fair if the work had been completed on time.

Karen and her crew are the best.  Our first job with them was refinishing a huge double door at our entrance that had been destroyed by the sun.  Her assistant worked on it as though it was a piece of art and the result was astounding.  He also figured out a very clever way of painting a fence with spray paint without 'painting' the grass, and saving us alot of money for labor. 
The best job was a very large kitchen.  Her crew was meticulous and spent an entire day taping and then trowelling to give a variegated surface.  That was followed by two coats of paint.  Karen was invaluable in advising us on colors. 
The next time I have a painting job she is the only person I will contact.

The workers were all knowledgeable and professional.It is so nice to work with a vibrant local company that respects both their workers and their customers...It really shows in the results.We will use Karen and her crew again!!!  

Karen's Company painted the exterior of my home 10 years ago, and I had them back this year to do some touching up. The owner, Karen, is personally involved in each job - she comes out to do the estimate and comes back when the job is started to go over everything with her crew. She is a total pleasure to work with and it is obvious she knows her stuff.  The crew arrived exactly when they said they would and they were also very pleasant to deal with. The job looks great and I know it was done right. The entire house will need to be repainted in another couple of years, and I wouldn't dream of calling any other company (and neither should you!).

Karen is so professional. The painters arrived on time and were very respectful of my furniture and plants. The paint job was superb. The painters were all very nice and respectful. At the end a painter came back for the few finishing touches. I'd recommend them highly.

I LOVED HER IDEAS AND TOLD HER TO GO FOR IT! WE HAVE A THEATER IN OUR BASEMENT AND SHE ENCOURAGED ME TO GO WITH A DARKER COLOR TO MAKE IT SEEM MORE LIKE A REAL THEATER. I WAS A BIT NERVOUS, BUT TRUSTED HER AND IT LOOKS WONDERFUL. SHE DID A GREAT JOB. SHE WILL ALWAYS BE OUR PAINTER!!!
