I dropped off my vehicle the night before and asked that Coopers diagnose an issue I was having with my wheel.  They called in the morning and let me know what was wrong, gave me an estimate and asked if I wanted the work performed.  The work was performed by mid-day and they called to let me know it was completed.  They fixed the issue I was having with my wheel.  I've used Coopers many times in the past and they have always done quality work at fair prices.  They are very trustworthy and when they say something needs to be fixed, something needs to be fixed.

There was a problem with the alternator and we visited many garages that could not help us. Then the Ford dealer recommended Cooper for the repairs as the car was old. The car was also not under warranty. They took care of the problem. They removed the faulty alternator and did the work quickly. They were right on and knew what they were doing.

Considering the fact that I have a Volkswagen, I thought the price was very reasonable. The people who work there are very honest and reliable. They had done a couple of little things to my car in the past and not even charge me for it. This place does get booked up, so I recommend that you call for an appointment first.
