+ -1 morePat Beckham is the master at replacing cement roof tiles. Once I found him through a personal referral in 2007, I have never looked elsewhere for a roofer. He does a professional job at a very economical price. Highly recommended.

+ -1 moreNeeded some minor roof repair and Beckham Roof Repair was the only one willing to take the job. Everyone else I contacted insisted it was a whole new roof or they weren't interested. Beckham was punctual, efficient and great to work with.

+ -1 moreCurrently selling my house and the buyer requested some minor roof repair. My attempts to find a roofer that would make minor repairs didn't pan out. The very few businesses that returned my calls all wanted to charge approx. $8,000 for a new roof. My realtor found local roofer Pat Beckham. Pat came out and provided an estimate of $275 for the repairs. Two days later the work was done.
Description of Work: Pat Beckham repaired some severely cracked shingles and re-secured some others that were curling.

+ -1 moreHe was one of the few roofers that even returned my call. He was able to come out quickly to do the work. He was honest about the amount of work required & used shingles that matched close to our existing color.
Description of Work: He replaced roof shingles which were blown off during high winds & added nails to some shingles that were loose.
