My only hesitation was that I had to leave the ring because they were so busy with previous repair orders. It took a week, everything went great, and any fears I had of something being switched or stolen were gone. And boy did they clean it up. I try to keep it clean but they made it sparkle!

My rings had gotten very tight and difficult to remove.  I asked Ty what he would suggest to remedy the situation.  He said the simplest solution - enlarge the rings.  He thought it would take about a week, but they were ready in a couple of days.  My rings fit beautifully and I can remove them without having them slide off when they aren't supposed to.  They also cleaned the rings so they look great.26

The first item I needed repaired was my Wittnauer watch that had been running slowly, and then stopped working altogether. (I had previously taken the watch to Kay Jeweler's because I have a battery warranty there; I was told that for $130 Kay could give the watch a tune-up, but they wouldn't guarantee the watch would work. I was skeptical to pay $130 for repairs on a watch that had only been worn half a dozen times.) At Anspach's, I met Graig Anspach and he asked if he could take a look at the watch right there. After opening it up, he said that the battery wasn't sitting in the watch properly and that will cause the watch to work slowly or not at all. He advised me to see if that would fix the problem first and never charged me for fixing it. It's now two weeks later and the watch is working like a charm. I also had a ring resized. The work was completed within a week, was cleaned, and it was done for a good price. I had a very good experience at Anspach's and would highly recommend them.

Greg was amazing. He listened to what I wanted. He was honest. He was very patient with me. There was no pressure. This is a great family run jewelry store.
