I deeply regret using this company for a new roof installation in autumn 2018. I do not believe they are an ethical business. They tried to double-bill me and my insurance company $800 for items that were clearly covered in the signed contract. When I questioned the billing, their attitude was “Your insurance company will pay it. Butt out.” I believe they were trying to take advantage of the deluge of claims from the June 2018 hail storm and they thought my insurance company would pay it without checking the original contract. My insurance company wouldn’t pay the new fees, so the owner, Don, tried a new tactic and said his son had made a paperwork error. Don sent me a revised contract and asked me to sign and back date it so he could re-submit it to my insurance company for the $800. I refused. I do not believe it was a administrative error because of the prior conversations and questions I had asked them that should have brought the issue to light if that were actually true. Additionally, Don nor his son ever came to look at the work done by their crew which I found very odd. To me, if a company is run well and concerned about quality work they would have reviewed the completed job. This was especially true because their crew was under intense time pressure. They were scheduled to do a second re-roofing job on the same day, immediately after mine. Within six weeks I discovered roof issues. I angsted over what to do and lost sleep over it. Despite a labor warranty, I did not trust that Don would truthfully analyze or agree to resolve the repairs needed. I didn’t want the additional drama with him. So, I had three other roofing companies come look at the problem areas. All were quite consistent reporting what repairs were needed. Because I did not trust Don to resolve the deficiencies and I wanted to ensure the problems were actually resolved appropriately, with a very heavy heart I paid nearly $2000 out of pocket to have their deficient work re-done correctly. Very bad experience.

Really appreciated working with this company. I worked more closely with Jay than Don. Jay went out of the way to help me and give me a heads up when my insurance adjuster was being shady. It ended up working out I had my entire roof replaced after wind damage. It has been a little less than a year since it was replaced and there haven't been any problems.

They are great. They are fast and do what they say they are going do.

Very simple. Called him, set it up, and paid him. It was taken care of very quickly and easily no problems.

I would highly recommend them. I was very pleased. I thought that both they and their subcontractors were very polite, professional, and were very willing to answer any questions I had. I would hire them again. The owner, Don, worked very closely with my insurance company and also with the city inspectors to make sure that everything was approved. Overall very good work.

They did an excellent job and went above and beyond working with our insurance company. I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.

It went great. Really well. They made everything super easy telling me exactly what to do. they were here with the insurance company, got the permit, set up for the city inspection, everything was super. I've been recommending them, they were fantastic.

Absolutely excellent. I couldn't fault a thing. The new roofs look wonderful and the workmanship was top notch. I really appreciated the above and beyond service - they fitted me in quickly as I was on a tight deadline, they recommended great choices on color and shingle choice, they were extremely professional, courteous, highly ethical and responsive. As I live abroad, I needed to rely on someone to do the best job for me and they delivered on that, and then some. What's more, they handled all the insurance communication on the details, and even after the job was finished and paid for, Don took the time to follow up with insurance (who were very slow on responding) about the final statement; it turned out that there were some elements that had not been adequately covered and without his time and knowledge I would not have realised. From start to finish, I felt my interests were truly looked after and that Don and the company's intentions are to do an amazing job and deliver incredible service. I would recommend the company 110% to anyone.

It was excellent. Excellent, attention to detail, very conscientious, good roofer, good employees. He found things the insurance company had overlooked.
