+ -1 moreThe construction work went about as expected, except slower. I always paid my bills (through the general contractor) immediately, so I was somewhat offended when they threatened to lien my place, instead of the general contractor who pocketed their money. There was some minor re-work.
Description of Work: Rough plumbing in a new building. They did the job to specifications. They were pleasant to work with. My general contractor (who was already fully paid by me for the plumbing) did not pay the final bill to the plumbers, so the owner threatened to lien my place for $3000+. However they did not lien the property.
